QUALITY POLICY

The Quality Policy of Relli Technology is to assure that only material which conforms to our customers’ specifications and requirements is shipped from our facility.

QUALITY SYSTEMS

Relli’s Quality System meets military standards for inspection, sampling and calibration.

• The manual was built to meet the final inspection and test requirements of MIL-I-45208; the sampling procedures of MIL-STD-414 and the calibration requirements of MIL-STD-45662.
• Over time, new elements were added from superseding documents until 1985, when Relli expanded its operations into assembly and some manufacturing processes, and the entire Quality System was reengineered in order to incorporate inspection requirements for production and assembly.
• The Quality Assurance Requirements were revised in 1994 in accordance with NATO standards AQAP 110 and then again in 2003 following the release of AQAP 2110 in June of the same year.
• Currently, our Quality Program is in conformance with QAP EQ003. For detailed information concerning QAP EQ003, please visit the Defense Logistic Agency.
• Relli is planning to become ISO 9001:2000 certified in 2008.

State-of-the-art equipment like the Brown & Sharpe Mistral Coordinate Measurement Machine enhance our capability for inspections. Lot identification and traceability is incorporated not only into the Quality Assurance System, but also into the physical control of material and as well as Relli's Information System. Material is Inspected, Accepted or Rejected at Relli, not at the customer’s site (no “drop” shipping.) The system only allows for shipment of materials conforming to customer’s specifications and requirements.

Relli Technology maintains a computerized and continually growing library of over two million U.S. government and MIL-Spec technical drawings that is unsurpassed in the industry.
